Description :
The
Associate Technical Consultant provides solutions for technical issues reported
by the customer in relation to core QAD products and at least one of the
numerous add-on products with strict compliance. Learns the RDBMS (Progress)
administration, Progress 4GL language, Support & OD processes & procedures
and assists in resolving simple incidents & carrying out OD tasks related
to core products, except system breakdown.

1. 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming

3. Responsible for dealing with International/Domestic Clients
Knowledge Requirements

3. The ability to build professional / strategic relationships within the organization and with all levels.
