Description :
The
Associate Technical Consultant provides solutions for technical issues reported
by the customer in relation to core QAD products and at least one of the
numerous add-on products with strict compliance. Learns the RDBMS (Progress)
administration, Progress 4GL language, Support & OD processes & procedures
and assists in resolving simple incidents & carrying out OD tasks related
to core products, except system breakdown.
Software

1. 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, technical customer support, problem management, relational databases, programming
2. languages, software development or products testing and Quality Assurance
3. Responsible for dealing with International/Domestic Clients
Knowledge Requirements
1. Knowledge of Java, J2EE, UNIX, Oracle Database and SQL
2. Ability to communicate status updates to project team and management

5. Required Interpersonal Skills
6. Exceptional customer service skills and demeanor, along with the innovative ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical clients

3. The ability to build professional / strategic relationships within the organization and with all levels.
