Qualification : 10th Class/ITI or equivalent
Age : 18-33(UR), 18-36 (OBC), 18-38 ST/SC
Eligibility : A president scout/guide/ranger/rover OR Himalayan wood batch OR HWB trained scout leader/advanced guide/leader/captain
Should have been on active member of a scout organization for at least 3 yrs in the recent past and should continue to be active.
Should have attended at least one event at national level and one or two events at state level OR should have a good record of participation in scout/guide activities at unit/district level.
