Description:
1.
Performs unit testing, black-box and white-box testing for hot-fixes produced
by the Sustained Engineering team for SumTotal Systems enterprise e-learning
software
2. Identifies and writes test plans, test cases and automates testing of the application
3. Handles builds for hot-fixes and prepares relevant documentation
4. Ensures proper preparation of upstream documentation and completeness of check-ins for all code being tested

5. Owns responsibility for the quality of all hot-fixes that are sent to

Candidate
Profile:
1.
0 to 1 year experience in testing web-based products/projects
2. Strong logical problem solving and communication skills
3. Ability to work in a team and challenging environment
4. Excellent English communication skills and technical documentation skills
5. Knowledge of different types of testing and testing strategies
6. Knowledge of Windows operating system, IIS, ASP, RDBMS Oracle, MS-SQL server, bug-tracking tools
7. Understands the SDLC and software release cycle
8. Knowledge of stress and performance testing desirable
9. Knowledge of automation tool is desirable.
