Description:
1.
Expert in Troubleshoot issue related with Share Point Server and Share Point
clients.
2. Deliver technical support for MS Share point Server.
3. Troubleshooting issues with integrated technologies like WSS, Active Directory, SQL, IIS and Exchange server.
4. Effective communication to manage customers" expectations
5. Participating in case and technical Triages
6. High customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solution for customer"s issue Content creation
7. Meet customer and individual commitments.

Candidate
Profile:
1.
Sound experience in windows server (2000 and above) platforms and business
applications.
2. Knowledge of Windows NT would be added advantage.
3. Experience in Windows Active Directory Services and IIS.
4. Adequate knowledge in SQL and exchange server.
5. Good understanding of Operating System and Networking Technologies
6. Strong skills in troubleshooting security-related issues involving NTFS, IIS and Active Directory / LDAP and SQL Server.
Skills:
1. Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing)
2. Strong Trouble Shooting and problem solving skills
3. Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills.
