Job
Responsibilities:
1.
Coding & debugging components of OEM Video (print engine interface) module
in C/C++ on Windows and Linux
2. Fixing critical field video defects reported on products released to the market
3. Understanding of print engine specific protocol internals
4. Understanding of various Fiery server modules and print features
5. Strong ability to understand existing code and create quality code from design models/documents
6. Work closely with other internal development teams to investigate cross module issues
7. Work with QA team and help resolving internal defects as well as customer issues.
8. Help with debug server setup for defect investigation
9. Analyzing issues reported across various Fiery modules/applications and help the cross team developers for an optimal solution

Candidate
Profile:
1.
B.E. or M.E. in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering
2. Experience in print domain, engine interface/product development programs and engine firmware
3. 1+ years of experience in C++ development on Windows and Linux platforms
4. Excellent C/C++ skills, strong OOPS concepts
5. Good knowledge of data structures
6. Understanding of issues related to multithreading
7. Exposure to class level design
8. Exposure to any printer communication protocol and knowledge of firmware internals
9. Strong debugging skills on Linux & Windows platforms
10. Good analytical & problem solving skills
11. Hands on experience on Rational ClearCase version control system
12. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
13. Should be a team player
14. Quick learning capacity and ability to work independently
15. Good understanding of OS internals, data structures, algorithms.
16. BE/BTech from REC/IIT/Good engineering colleges (Computer Science preferred)
